I hope you all had a wonderful, restful festive break? I did very little over Christmas and New Year which is exactly what I had hoped for. It took me a few days to properly wind down, but I now feel ready to start the new year refreshed and excited for what a new decade will bring for my business. Are you raring to go, or still slowly building yourself back up? January can be such a tough month!
Yep. It’s October and it’s my first blog post of the year! *hangs head in shame*
In my defence, it is a Peacock year! Not sure what that is? Why it’s the Peacock Arts Trail which runs every other year and I help organise. It keeps me very very busy! It’s that time of year (almost) when it seems that there are fairs, exhibitions and events going on everywhere! Simple and elegant. The ring however was now too small and so to resize it, I carefully cut the gold section straight down the middle and added a gold stone setting with a flush set white diamond. Really pleased with the final piece and it’s now got a new lease of life being worn again! Continue reading “Commission: Silver & Gold Diamond Ring”
