I’ve had the pleasure of working with a couple of beautiful blue sapphires from Nineteen48 recently and wanted to share a few photos…
The first is a cushion cut sapphire set in yellow gold which works wonderfully with the deep blue colour of the sapphire. The ring itself is satiny white gold with a sky blue topaz and london blue topaz flush set either side of the sapphire.
Curse these gloomy winter evenings! I just wasn’t able to capture the beauty of this oval garnet gemstone. It was a deep rich colour, but with a red glow that you can’t see here.
