This trillion cut teal sapphire and diamond ring was an absolute joy to make.
Inspired by my aquamarine and diamond cluster ring, this ring switches the gold colours so the ring is yellow gold and the stone settings are white gold.
The stones are also a little bigger and bolder than the original aquamarine ring. We also made the new ring with a rectangular rather than round band plus a matching wedding band.

I handcrafted this ring in 100% Fairmined white and Fairmined yellow gold with a Canadian diamond and ethical Malawi blue-teal sapphire.
The flat profile rings are lovely and crisp but softened by the satin finish. I set the sapphire and diamond in contemporary bezel or 'rubover' stone settings, again with strongly defined shapes and sides.
I love this wedding and engagement ring set – so unique and different to the classic diamond engagement ring.
